Its starting to get chilly. I am getting antsy for everything to ripen up so I can get ready for next year. Hubby was able to reclaim some landscape timbers to use for more raised beds for next year.
My oldest, Asa, helped me rip out the pickling cucumbers. Powdery mildew was starting to take over and I am tired of making pickles. We cleaned up one patch of tomatoes. Will pick the rest of them tomorrow after we finish school and pick the squash from one of the squash patches. Clean it all out and make a plan for next year.
The barn is coming along, actually most of the structure you see in this picture is gone. All of the trusses and purlins are gone.
