~ Homeschooling ~

Now that the fair is over I can focus on getting ready for the new homeschooling year. I have found some great links in the past few months and will be up dating the homeschooling page with them.

A great one that I will share right now is Homeschool Creations. She has so many fun preschool printables and there are tons of other great homeschool moms with free printables linked to her blog. Lots of fun! Go check them out.



Another great resource I have found this year is Heart of Dakota and Doorpost. Hopefully in the next few days I can add some more links...

~ Mom Fail ~

When Zach said to me " Mom, I thought that it was just a bees nest in the back on the house, but now I know it was a paper wasp nest". Me, "okay buddy, good to know" I thought he meant this little nest that is old and doesn't have any bees in it.

What he meant was this, a giant paper wasp nest that is the size of a volley ball. When I said, "There is a huge bees nest back here" the response was "yaaaha, we know" "Well why didn't you tell me?" " We did, we said there were paper wasps on the house".

Yup, they did...
