~ Farm Fun Friday ~


This is Penelope, one of the pretty little ladies from this years lamb crop. She will become part of our herd. Icelandic Sheep are a very easy breed to keep once you get the hang of it. They can be used for meat, milk, and fiber. So far we have used them for meat and fiber, but none of my girls are friendly enough to milk. I will have raw fibers for sale in a variety of colors this winter once I can get the time to pick through it.
