~ Raw Pumpkin Spice Creamcheese ~

If you use raw room temp cultured yogurt this would be raw creamcheese. It is still really yummy using the store bought yogurt.

1 quart of plain og yogurt, strain all the whey out
1/2 cup og pumpkin puree
3 TBS og rapadura
2 TBS raw honey
1/2 tsp  og cinnamon
1/4 tsp og ginger
1/4 tsp og nutmeg
1/4 tsp og allspice


Totally delish!!
