~ Honeyed Plum Cardamom Jelly ~

When we started to eat a whole foods diet we cut our sugar intake drastically. This meant no more jams or jellies, homemade or otherwise, because of the outrageous sugar content. Last year I discovered Pomona's Universal Pectin  and have been able to make great jelly with very little sweetener. I can use sugar for friends and family that are used to regular commercial jams loaded with sugar and I can use honey for our family.

I found this recipe for Honeyed Plum Cardamom Jelly and knew I had to try it. So good.
